Since 1993, we’ve been specializing in servicing the metro St. Louis area with full-service kitchen and bath remodeling. Ever since our founding, customer service has been our number 1 priority, and it shows, having wowed customers and judges alike.

In 2005 McDermott Remodeling won several awards, including awards for kitchen work over $40,000, bathrooms over $25,000, Special Projects over $50,000, and the Judges Choice Award. In 2003 and 2004 McDermott Remodeling won several more awards, including awards for kitchen work over $40,000, additions over $150,000 and bathrooms over $25,000. In 2001 and 2002, McDermott Remodeling won awards for kitchen work under $40,000 and bathrooms over $25,000 and Judge’s Choice Awards both years. Our owner, Tim McDermott, is a Certified Graduate Remodeler and a Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist.

Our Approach
post Remodeling partnerships are an exciting time with the expectations of a great new look or addition to your home soon to be realized. They are also stressful as you lose living space while it’s being done.

The professionals at J.T. McDermott are sensitive to this and work to minimize the disruption to your life while also keeping informed of why we do what we do.

It starts at the initial consultation where our interior designer and estimator meet at your home to learn about your desires. It then moves to our presentation center/office where you’ll see a computer graphic display of how we propose remodeling your home. It continues with a consultation with our designer at our Selection Suite, where samples of textures, flooring, countertops, cabinetry and more are on display.
