McDermott Remodeling is located in St. Louis, MO. From St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) get on I-70 E. Then head southeast on Air Flight Dr toward Main Terminal, and use the right lane to merge onto I-70 E via the ramp to St Louis. Continue on I-70 E. Take I-170 S to Forest Park Pkwy in Clayton. Take exit 1E from I-170 S. Next merge onto I-70 E, and take exit 238A for Interstate 170 S toward Clayton. After that merge onto I-170 S, and keep left to stay on I-170 S. Use the left lane to take exit 7B to merge onto I-70 W toward Kansas City
