J.T. McDermott Remodeling has done multiple projects at our home - ranging from small to a full-scale remodel and has always exceeded all of our expectations. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship is incredible, and their commitment to excellent customer service, from the owners, to their admin assistant, is top notch. Their handyman service is absolutely fantastic and has been a life-saver on more than one occasion. When our sump pump went out recently and water was everywhere, I put an SOS out to Dave, their excellent handyman and he was there within the hour to take care of it. From helping to get the water up and immediately going out to purchase and install a new one, he stayed late Friday night until the job was completed. He even went to their shop later that night to get a large fan to help dry the floor. He is amazing and really exemplifies their commitment to excellent customer service.
